Board and Committee Schedules

Listed below is the schedule for the 2011 Committee and Commission meetings and a posting of monthly agendas and minutes of the Commission meetings. Committee minutes or other commission information can be obtained by contacting Jay Hardman, executive director, at hardmanj@portgbr.com.

Committee meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month according to the schedule below: 

A joint meeting of the Engineering/Finance Committees begins at 4:30 p.m.  The Executive Committee meeting follows the committee meeting and is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. on the 2nd Thrusday of each month. The Commission Board Meeting is held the 4th Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. 

Special meetings of the Commission shall be held at the call of the Commission President.  Port Commission meetings during holidays are subject to change and can be postponed, with notice.
