The Port of Greater Baton Rouge has a response plan in place in the event of an emergency. The Port of Greater Baton Rouge is also in full compliance with the 2002 Maritime Security Transportation Act. The port adheres to the Lower Mississippi Firefighting Plan; view the pdf here.
