Board and Committee Schedules
Listed below is the schedule for the 2026 Committee and Commission meetings and a posting of monthly agendas and minutes of the Commission meetings.
Committee meetings are held on the third and fourth Thursday of each month according to the schedule below:
A joint meeting of the Executive Committee and the Engineering Finance Committee begins at 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of each month. The Commission Board Meeting is held the 4th Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m.
Special meetings of the Commission are held at the call of the Commission President. Port Commission meetings during holidays are subject to change and can be postponed, with notice.
